Back-to-Back World Cup Qualifiers
Samoa's U19 Girls have rewritten the story of cricket in the islands — back-to-back ICC U19 Women's T20 World Cup qualifiers and the first Samoan side of any age or gender to reach an ICC World Cup.

Samoa Qualified.

History-Makers in Navy & Red
In September 2024, a squad of teenagers from Upolu and Savai'i walked onto a ground in Port Moresby and did something no Samoan cricket team had ever done - they qualified for an ICC World Cup. Twelve months later, on home soil in Apia, they did it again.
Samoa's U19 Girls are the standard-bearers for the women's game across the Pacific — a team built through village cricket, school programs and the Pathway Cup U15 and U17 competitions. Every player in the squad graduated through Samoa's own development system, coached by Samoan staff, backed by Samoan families.
For SICA, this team is more than a result. It's the proof of concept for everything the pathway is built on: that a small island nation can produce world-class cricketers if the systems, the coaching and the belief are all in place.
